Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking at the Global Custody Forum in London. I was a panellist on the securities lending panel alongside a very strong group of fellow speakers: Sarah Nicholson, who is responsible for securities finance at Aviva Investors, Tony Baldwin who heads up funding at Daiwa Capital Markets, which includes repo trading and treasury, and David Carruthers, Segment Director at DataExplorers. Our fearless panel leader was Sunil Daswani, head of sales and relationship management for securities lending at Northern Trust.
